Homegrown Ontario is an alliance between Ontario Pork, the Ontario Veal Association, the Ontario Sheep Marketing Agency , Turkey Farmers of Ontario and the Ontario Independent Meat Processors with a mandate to brand and promote Ontario-produced meat and poultry. The participants are pooling resources to increase awareness and demand for Ontario meat and poultry products.

It’s a win-win strategy that will benefit producers, processors, retailers and consumers. A recent Ipsos Reid study shows that consumers are eager to support Ontario farmers by choosing meat from Ontario over other available meat products.
